hmmm i wonder what they used to take these pretentious fucking pictures if technology is so evil, jesus christ

I hate this stupid shit. Technology is advancing for a reason, that’s how it’s always been, that’s how it will always be. If it wasn’t advancing we wouldn’t be where we are today and we could never have reached some of the amazing advanced medical procedures we have reached or explored parts of our world and other worlds that we have.

Umm, what?  I don’t think anyone is calling technology evil, and these pictures are far from pretentious.  Pointing out that especially for CHILDREN it’s important that we take time in the day to PLAY outside and stay healthy by engaging in physical activity.  Whats sick is that people spend so much time on their damn iPhones that they feel the need to defend them like it’s a fucking person.

WHAA?!  This is the most awesome thing.  Ever.

Hard work.

Pre classic 2014

Both women’s 800m were exciting races.  Strong race in the mens’, but not as exciting to watch.  And the video for the men’s 10,000 is not working!  Rupp sets a new AR and I can’t watch.  Blah!

The heart is always the true starting line.

37th San Francisco Marathon

Anonymous said: How do you find motivation to get up early to run when you just don't feel like training and would rather sleep?

I think about the future. No matter how much it hurts, it will be over before I know it. The hardest part is the first step.

Even if you don’t do the miles you had planned, you achieved something if you just get out there and do something!

New 10k pr, and a first place finish! Only 41:48 but I’m pretty psyched!
